Coaches Appointed for 2020

The Head Coaches for the 2020 season have been appointed and will lead us through the new Season. Congratulations to the following:

Football 2020

We are all facing trying times with the Covid-19 outbreak and shutting down our society, we are all going through a lot. There is a light at the end of the tunnel, as the virus runs its course and football is right around the corner. The SYF conference is hopeful of a season this year, as we work with local governments, school boards and CIF to determine how and when we can roll out our season.
Coaches applications are live

Coaches applications are now being accepted for all levels of Football and cheer. Please apply for a position by December 31st, we will be selecting coaches in early 2020.
Annual Elections Board Meeting December 9th
11/21/2019
Elections for the 2020 Board of Directors is scheduled for December 9th. At this meeting nominations will be reopened for those interested in position on the Board of Directors and the final slate of officers will be approved. If you are interested working on the Board of Directors for the 2020 season, please contact a current board member or attend the upcoming meeting. The exact time and date will be published prior to the 9th.
South Qualifier coming on Sunday, October 8 at Oak Ridge High School in El Dorado Hills. Please see attachment by clicking on title, date, or image for details.
Jamboree
August 17. 2019
Jamboree will be this Saturday, August 17, 2019 at American River College. Please have players arrive 90 minutes before game times for weigh-ins. Times for teams are as follows:
8u - 4 PM, 10u - 5 PM, 12u - 6 PM, 14u - 7 PM

Registration Night
July 23, 2019
BYF will be having a Registration Night at Round Table Pizza on Tuesday, July 23rd from 6-8:00 pm.
We will be assisting with registration, answering questions and passing out all necessary forms.
A couple of required items for registration this season-
A stamped/signed physical from your doctor dated March 1st or later of this year. If your child is in need of a sports physical we have forms you can take to your doctor or any local chiropractic office/clinic
A PowerSchool print out proving your child's grade
We are looking forward to seeing all of you today and even if your registration is complete I recommend coming by to pick up all the necessary forms. Remember- Sign up deadline is August 9th!

Practice Begins!!

Practice Begins at Benicia High School JV Baseball Field 5;30pm to 7:30pm SHARP!! Please plan to arrive early and be sure to pick up ON TIME! First week of practice be sure they are dressed in shorts, tee shirts, cleats for football players or tennis shoes for cheerleaders and helmets for football players. Be sure they have plenty of water!!
BYF Season Kick-off Dance!

It's that time again!
Benicia youth football dance to kick off the season is going to be Saturday August 24, 7:30 PM - 9:30 PM at the Benicia High School gym. $5 entry and we will have pizza and snacks for sale inside.
Parents you are encouraged to drop off and enjoy your 2 hours of freedom..
Live DJ and plenty of chaperones.
This is for everyone between ages 6 to 14 so bring a friend! Open to all.
Picture Day

Picture Day is coming up, Sunday August 25, 2019 @ Benicia High School. Time will run 9 AM through noon with team times to be announced. Details to come.
