    First Day of Practice for the 2010 Season will be on:

            MONDAY, AUGUST 2ND - 5:30pm – 7:30pm
    AT BENICIA HIGH SCHOOL

    *Physicals will be offered on Saturday, July 31st from
    10am - 2pm and on Monday from 4pm - 5pm ($25.00)*

    (Physicals  will be in the Football room next to the snack shack on the BHS football field)

    *On  Saturday & Monday you may turn in Player Physical Cards, Raffle Ticket Stubs, & Sign-up for Volunteer Times *

    *All Fees must be paid & Physical Cards must be turned in by August 2nd*

    *Football Players need to be in shorts, t-shirt, and cleats for the first 5 days of practice*

    *Cheerleaders need to be in shorts, shirt, and tennis shoes*

    *Please send your Football Player or Cheerleader with plenty of water*

    *Late fee registration will be available on Saturday and Monday*

    *Practice  Monday  thru  Friday  starting  August 2nd will be
    from 5:30pm – 7:30pm at BHS*

    *We will be handing out football gear on Saturday, August 7th:
    Equipment Handout Schedule - Saturday, August 7th (No practice on this day)
